"We recently hired Clarksville Construction to handle a remodel of our master bathroom. Our sales rep, Keith, spent a great deal of time with us working through the changes we wanted made, offered helpful suggestions and worked toward arranging the specific time frame we needed to have the project done. Our project manager, Gene, made sure the project started on the day requested and kept progress moving forward so that everything would be completed timely. Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved. "JES left my home in worse shape and won’t return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to “finish” without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the “production manager” is “busy.” Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner. JES is seriously lacking in work planning and professionalism."
