I may be premature in rating a 5, the work is not complete. However, I think ità ¢à  à  s appropriate to say that I had a very bad opinion of the company when I purchased this home. I delayed repair because of my opinion. Could not delay any longer and I am regretting delaying in the first place. I do not know the lady who I spoke with to schedule the appointment but on the day of, I had an à ¢à  à  emergencyà ¢à  à  pop up. She spoke with the tech and found one that was available to take my call so I could also attend to my à ¢à  à  emergencyà ¢à  à  . The tech (Dale) was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient as I asked my laundry list of questions and he answered each one. Based on todayà ¢à  à  s experience this company did not deserve my preconceived opinion and I would highly recommend them as your HVAC company.

Always call the service company direct. ANGI tried to gouge the price. If Wicomico Heating and Air had not called me back they would have been dismissed if using the ANGI information. Lay back - not a nickel and dimer - felt like the most honest HVAC company I have dealt with on the shore.

Had our 1st complete HVAC system installed on March 18th/19th. I must say that we received outstanding professional service. The technicians arrived 5-10 minutes early each morning to prep for the tasks @ hand. During Day 1, it was a windy cold day with torrential rain. Even with the inclement weather they mad sure that our gas furnace was completed before leaving for the day, to ensure we had heat. Day 2 they completed the air handler install in about a 1/2 a day. Was amazing of the quickness and quality of work that was performed in just a short period of time. I can't praise enough of how polite and courteous that both technicians were and answered any questions I had. We will definitely have Wicomico Heat & Air perform future PM services. Satisfied customer that highly recommends Wicomico Heat & Air. 5 out of 5 stars
