After speaking with Mike the owner I was very impressed as he listened to what I was looking for and shared exemplary knowledge on what my HVAC project needed. Mike took time to answer all of my questions in addition to providing the best and most fair estimate in comparison to the other companies I had spoken with. Mike was very thorough and took care to make sure everything was installed with precision and a personal attention to detail. Even though our project had its own unique challenges, Mike and his assistant worked with efficiency and finished in a timely manner. Working with Deans Heating and Air Conditioning was an awesome and rewarding decision as we are very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. I'll definitely hire them again next year and try to keep up an annual cleaning so it doesn't get so clogged next time. Highly recommended."
