"Called Jim on a Football Sunday afternoon to fix our rotted out custom wood mailbox and he arrived within hours to take measurements and created a temporary fix.  Jim sent pictures of the progress next day and said he'd return to replace all parts after the rain stopped.  Jim's craftsmanship for custom cut mailboxes is outstanding! He made it match perfectly to the HOA style in our community.  He installed his custom wood box, refilled our entire post, and painted everything to match.  Jim returned to add an additional coat of paint and rebalance and re-level the mailbox with additional concrete.  Our mailbox now looks outstanding! It's amazing how attention to detail really makes a difference to our communities curb appeal.
