"Everything went smoothly from the sale (onsite, at our home, with samples of materials and a quote at the time of the visit), to communication with the main office (regarding timing of construction, follow ups on payment milestones) to the construction (which was expertly handled by a crew of two guys who work for the company). The owner himself came out to install plugs in the screw holes on one side of the deck, after the crew decided that the original plugs were not a good color match. We appreciated that attention to detail and the fact that the company handled it without our even knowing it had been an issue. "I called several companies to get pricing on a 24x18 concrete patio, and Paul was the first one to call me back and the first one to come out to do a site visit. He was courteous and professional during the entire process, and never attempted to pressure me into upgrading or getting something I didn't need. When it came time to schedule the pour, Paul was able to fit us in very quickly, and even when there was a delay due to his concrete supplier being backlogged because of a rain delay, it only resulted in a one-day delay, and Paul was upfront and in touch the entire time. On the day of the pour, Juan Carlos and his team were scheduled to show up at 7:00am, but showed up about 20 minutes early, which is better than 20 minutes late! He and his team quickly got to work prepping the area, and by 12:00 they had completely finished the project, cleaned up the area, and had left house/yard/driveway in the same shape as before the arrived. The only difference was the beautiful new patio! Probably the best part for me was the personal visit from Paul afterwards to inspect the work. Based on my experience, I would whole-heartedly recommend Paul and his team from Maryland Curbscape to anyone looking to get concrete work done. I waited a while to write this review, because I wanted my father-in-law to take a look at the patio. He did masonry and concrete for about 40 years, and once he gave his seal of approval, I knew I had let Paul and his team know how thankful my family and I are that we have a new space for anything we can think of."
