He replaced springs and cables, oiled springs, hinges, etc, and explained the need to oil parts more frequently because the garage is sometimes used for woodworking and the dust can affect the mechanics of the door. AMS got my permit for me and was able to closely match my vinyl siding and roof shingles. It took a few days but one was because of rain. They also replaced my front gutters to fit in with my new portico.

The new portico blends well with the house and AMS took care that the new materials they used went well with the old materials. They cleaned up every day and after the job was finished. My old portico slanted down and dripped rain and snow on my front steps. The new one is a Gable roof and makes a big difference on snow days.
