Additionally, the crew member informed this guy afterwards and he came back to the house - not to apologize, but to confront her and call her a liar. That night I texted the crew lead, and asked him if he could check the truck because I was having trouble finding a box. I followed up two weeks later, and they again forwarded it to the local office. Apparently bad reviews are the only way to get their attention. Learn from my mistake, use a different company. We ended up paying over 2k for the total, to move a 2bd apt w/o appliances about 40 miles...and when they opened the back of the truck nothing was secured and stuff was laying all over the place.
