Then sealed any cracks and seams, then did a beautiful coat of sealer over all. Lewis and his crew were respectful of our property and did a great looking job on our pavement."

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"They called the morning of and asked if they could arrive 2 hours later than my scheduled appt. time. They were still late for the later appt. They missed a lot of places especially the trunk. I had to ask them to redo/vacuum the trunk. They missed the area at the bottom of the doors and some small stains on the upholstery of the seat. They explained why they could not get the stains out in the seat which seemed logical. They did not have to do much as the car was parked in a garage and protected from the outside elements so I do not know how well they would have done with a car that had been parked outside. They took my faucet cover also when they left. The carpet did not come out as clean as I would have liked. They used my water."
