Not only did he do it for a fair price given the amount of work that needed to be redone, repaired and completed, but his level of professionalism and integrity was nothing short of astonishing. He did things that other contractors would have charged extra for and even cleaned (literally mopped our floors several times throughout the course of the renovation).
