They helped troubleshoot where our existing buried downspout was located and clearly scoped the work. They never tried to upsell or tried to convince us of things we didn’t want. They were straightforward and didn’t do any hand waving about what the costs would be. Scheduling the work probably could have been a little smoother (when exactly would the work take place was in a broad 2-3 week window) but that’s was the only issue. Regardless, summer is their busiest time. They were great to work with and I would absolutely hire them again. In fact, on their way out, our neighbor poached them for an upcoming project!"
