"Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!

I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything. My windows were put in 1982 and I had cracks and they were unsafe. This team worked wonders.....new easy to be clean tilt in windows ...even easy for a woman to move. The window guys the caulking is the best Ive ever seen....so sealed and straight. The went over how to remove screens, clean windows. Kudos to the entire team. Shoutouts to Emerson, Miller, James and Vince & crew. They were totally professional and wasted no time getting the job done. Their cleanup was thorough. Quality control came the same day, with another inspection the next day. We will definitely hire Presidential Exteriors again when we need new windows. We highly recommend them."

However, they replaced the old metal window frames with wood frames and I have 2 issues: I told the sales rep I wanted 6" sills as in the old frames, they put in 2" sills, so I have ~20 plants to find new real estate for; the frames are primed but not painted, so now I have another major project to do. This was not explained to me, I presumed they came factory-painted. Better communication with the client is needed."
