Ballard Tree professionals were top notch- Very professional- able to take care of removing several trees and stumps located in a difficult to access location between a garage and two fences. They did a great job and came in considerably less expensive than a competitor I highly recommend them and have already started sending their contact to friends

They followed through with everything they said. They showed up when expected. Their workers were polite & respectful. They did an excellent job with the retaining wall. They cleaned up after themselves. They even replanted some flowers that had to be removed during the process. I am very happy with Ballard & with the performance of the job.

No follow through. Incomplete work. Office personnel is rude and doesn't listen and can't resolve issues. Useless!!!

"This customer is very upset because we would not perform additional work for free. We had a very clearly written scope of work, which she agreed to before the job started. We performed that work flawlessly. After we left, she called the office and asked for us to return to perform additional work that was not listed in her contract. We offered a price and she became livid, stating that she should not have to pay for additional work. Hence the review. Ballard Enterprises always provides a detailed scope of work, in writing, for customer review prior to contract acceptance. This contract clearly defines exactly what work is to be performed, so that everyone is working from the same set of expectations."

I sent you an email describing the problem I had with this company. I would not recommend them for a dogs catcher. They handle the entire job very very poorly. If you did not get my email, let me know, and I will send it again.

Sod Installation
Tim and Dan were easy to work with and provided tremendous value for the money. We were preparing to see our house and needed the entire yard sodded and mulched. They worked with us on timing, gave us a great price, and the work was fantastic. We highly recommend.
