I was very leary at first, because we recently cleaned the carpets and were concerned and/or confused that mold could be in our basement. We certainly would have known if we had mold in our basement or water coming causing a mold situation. Needless to say no mold was found, and my worries were alleviated. Mr. Riddick is a seasoned inspector, with a deep knowledge all areas of home inspections. He was professional, kind, did a great job."

He provided us with recommendations on the action to take to solve the water standing inside the air ducts. He did testing for possible mold conditions and siad the results should be ready for us by this Friday, 9/12.."

"I have zero complaints about our tech, Jack. He was thorough and communicative! We have a system installed through the roof and he was able to paint the exhaust pipe to match the shingles. The front office wasn't as great. We had to schedule a follow up visit because the initial install wasn't going to work. Unfortunately they never put me on the schedule the second time. So my install day came and went but we didn't hear anything from Swat. I calle the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. Our account manager (Brian) was very apologetic and offered to take some money off our install because of the confusion and the fact that there were no available appointments until August 11th. Luckily they were able to add me to the top of their cancellation list, so we ended up with a system just 3 days later. I appreciate their willingness to make it right with me. I would reccommend them to others looking to have a radon abatement system installed."
