Charlie called back promptly and sent a technician, Rick, the same day. Rick was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to find the problem and install a new line. While he was here he also solved some long-standing problems I had with loose wires and an open phone box. He was also very respectful of my property and did a good job cleaning up after the work. I would highly recommend this company for low-voltage wiring projects."
