"Their team came and cleaned my house on Thursday 11/13. I requested 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room to be cleaned. They did a bit more than I had asked for but I was beyond happy with the job they did. When I got home everything was shining and smelled amazing and just looked beautiful. "They did not do a good job. They left my wood floors with white streaks. My bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Overall, it was a terrible job. "The technician that cleaned my ductwork had a lot of work to do. Milan had asked me as he was leaving how long had it been since I had the ducts cleaned. I couldn’t recall, then realized it was a long time ago. 30 years! As a new homeowner I had zero experience so I was relying on my husband. He died 5 years after we bought this house and being clueless about the care & upkeep on it. I neglected pretty much everything. Lowes the Company offered the same exact cleaning as 2 other companies that gave me estimates over $1,000. Lowes has 3 flat rates to choose from, I chose the $398 special and that’s exactly what I paid. Great Company with Great prices!"
