"The Skilled Maids crew arrived on time. We discussed what needed to be done. I had them do their whole house cleaning with emphasis on the kitchen and the bathroom. I also had the additional efforts of cleaning the refrigerator and cleaning/dusting the inside of the kitchen cabinets (they don't do that unless specified/ordered). The cleaning crew that did the job had cleaned my house before. They were quick, efficient, and did their usual great job."

"Have used this company numerous times. The provider arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job on the windows. He mentioned cleaning the screens but did not provide an add-on to price quotes, so I assumed it was included.  The total when finished was $100 more than past service with no warning. The technician was curt and unfriendly.  I will bid the job to other vendors next time, after years of using only this provider.
