"I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding job that your technician, Mercado Domingo did on my gas fireplace. I have had an ongoing problem with soot buildup on the interior of the firebox and glass window. I have had 3 other companies service the fireplace with no success as the soot would start building up right away. Mercado diagnosed the problem, cleared a restriction in the chimney and cleaned the entire unit. He went above and beyond what the other technicians did.
