"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.
