"I was not particularly pleased with being cornered to make a decision about the project the same day I received a quote, particularly since window treatments were going to be for the whole house. It is a business tactic; I get it. Regardless, we ended up with this company after making an informed decision. How the company responds to our questions and any potential repairs down the road (if there are any) is still something to be determined. So far, we have been generally pleased with the shades."

Install went fantastic with great communication and we now notice a big difference in cooling and glare reduction in the house.
