"The technicians redid the bricks so that you couldn't even tell they were repaired. It looked beautiful. They put in a new liner in the chimney and waterproofed it. They redid the inside of the fireplace to bring it up to code and put in a chain that easily opens and closes the flue. It looks so good and easy that I may decide to use the fireplace again. They redid the pipes in the basement so the fumes from the boiler and hot water heater went up the chimney in the correct way. There had been water damage and they corrected the damage and closed off the hole in the wall (foundation) and made a bigger hole in the correct place so that everything was up to code. They were polite, efficient and worked very hard to get the work done in the promised two days. I have interviewed many companies and found this company to be straight-forward in telling me what they would do and didn't try to tell me they were giving me a "good deal." Rather I feel they gave me an honest estimate on what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure me into using their company. They did give me 10% off because I was an Angie's List customer. What company to use was a hard decision for me because I knew nothing about chimney repair. Because so much of the repair was inside the chimney I couldn't tell what they had done. Based on my experience I feel they did a good job. I don't have a picture of the repaired chimney but it looks great--better than it did before the bricks fell. If someone wants more detail I can copy exactly what they did from the invoice. Also, maybe the company can show a picture of the finished product. Since it is summer time I haven't had any experience using the chimney but will let you know how things work out during the winter."

"The service was fine. The only thing is that they were really late coming. So, it was like dark when they got out of here. They left the area good when they were finished. It took them an hour-and-a-half to complete the job. They sent me a picture of the chimney. The price was great. They did show up."

"The two technicians were awesome!!! They both showed up with their masks on (Covid ) , in the window time that was discussed, and was ready to go to work. running mats were laid out and a cover was placed in the area where the work was to be done.. The lead Tech ( Sorry I couldn't remember his name) was really good!!. Pictures were taken of my chimney from the inside and he showed me where I had issues . After the cleaning the two guys went on to the roof and again took pictures of issues I had from outside. They did a fantastic job and we had a great conversation about his knowledge of chimneys, and also there were pictures of other jobs that were done ( before / after pictures ). I plan on using this company to fix my interior / exterior chimney issues . I would highly recommend this company. I encourage you to please do your research and read reviews .
