"It was okay. They tried to charge me more but I didn't accept the charges. I really don't know what they did; they spent about 10 minutes and that was it. After we had somebody else come and look at the chimney, they said that they (A&T Chimney Sweeps) didn't really do anything. It could have been a great price if they could have done something. Their office staff (the woman who called) was very easy to work with. I think they showed up on time."

"I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!

They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time.
