Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. They were very kind and professional, and cleaned the windows so much better than I was able to do. I could not open the windows inwardly, but they were able to and they removed the screens which other companies would not. Thus the windows had not been cleaned for years and they were an eyesore from the inside when the morning sun was at its brightest. I absolutely appreciate their service.
