We are a family-owned local company that provides outstanding service for area rug deep cleaning (includes complimentary pick up), carpet, furniture, drapery, tile/grout, air duct CleanSeal, dryer vent, and hardwood floor cleaning. We also provide disinfecting using electrostatic sprayers that can be accommodated for same-day service. Other services include power washing, window cleaning, general house cleaning, water damage restoration, furnace puff-back cleaning, and more. "I absolutely do NOT recommend Hydro Clean!! To make a very long story short, Hydro Clean improperly cleaned our dryer vent when we moved into a new home. Not only did they cause a major fire hazard, we ended up being out over $1,000 between their services, technicians to fix the poorly performing dryer, and eventually replacing the dryer, only to discover the problem was Hydro Clean's incompetence! Despite what we were out, it took months of me trying to contact the higher ups for them to eventually only refund the $99 we paid for the dryer vent cleaning. The check stub says "poorly cleaned dryer vent." That poorly cleaned dryer vent created a fire hazard in our home with our children and my non-mobile parents plus the time and cost of trying to get a working dryer. The company is incompetent and has terrible customer service, after creating a dangerous situation, I would never allow them in my home again."

In most cases, you don’t need to put anything under carpet tiles—unlike regular carpet, which often has a layer of carpet padding beneath it. Carpet tiles attach directly to the floor (as long as it’s a firm surface like plywood, concrete, or tile) with peel-and-stick adhesive, double-sided carpet tape, or carpet glue.

Hardwood offers the highest ROI at around 75%. Engineered hardwood, tile, reclaimed wood, and laminate also increase a home’s value but with lower ROIs. Lighter tiles tend to increase a home’s value slightly more than darker tiles. Taking the ROI into account when you choose flooring can increase your home value and allow you to recoup some or all of the cost to install it.

Tile flooring will last anywhere from 10 to 20 years and even up to 30 years or more with proper care and maintenance. 

You can help your tile floor achieve a longer lifespan by maintaining it properly. This includes cleaning it regularly (including cleaning the tile floor grout), keeping the floor dry, and not setting super heavy items on it to keep it from cracking. You'll also want to regrout your tile floor every 10 years. Using a grout sealer will help your floor last longer.

Avoid steam cleaning unsealed hardwood, vinyl, and laminate floors unless the manufacturer explicitly states that a steam mop can be used.
