They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. "Bob came and explained in great detail how the work would be performed by qualified workers. They were to take down two trees, trim dead wood from others and leave the limb wood for me to split and burn. The only thing the left me was three severely damaged shrubs, deep divots in the yard, and a torn screen on my window. Various voice mails and texts from Bob who said he would get me wood and fix the divots. None of that happened and no one from the company will respond to emails, texts, or phone calls."
