I did decide to replace 4 front windows. Deposit was easy to make. Windows came in timely. Yesterday my project manager was also Leah who came first advised me what was going to happen, whom was coming and when. My window team came, two great guys that amazed me how quick they got my windows out. They were upmost polite and respectful of my home and myself. Very little dust and they cleaned up everything. My windows were put in 1982 and I had cracks and they were unsafe. This team worked wonders.....new easy to be clean tilt in windows ...even easy for a woman to move. The window guys the caulking is the best Ive ever seen....so sealed and straight. The went over how to remove screens, clean windows. Kudos to the entire team. Project Manager Leaha drove back...spoke with me, inspected"

They did a thorough assessment of all my windows and doors before they made recommendations. Everything they replaced in my house was custom-made and of very high quality. They open from the top and the bottom. The sliding glass door has blinds in between the window panes. The front door is sturdy and just want I needed to keep the cold wind out."

Instead of paying storage fee at the warehouse. Cleveland area manager has absolutely zero people skills with customer. Sale man was great 5stars. Window measurement was great 5 stars. Installers were great 5 stars. Customer service from manager 0 stars."
