As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come.
