I called extremely early in the morning, before 7am, and he answered the phone and assisted me in making a last minute booking and patiently explained the process. Importantly, I am happy with the services received. I had my carpet in my condo cleaned because there were several ugly stains that I could not remove myself. Damian worked quickly and effectively to remove these stains. He did not rush the work but took his time to clean each room/carpet. I also had my hardwood floor cleaned. He first swept the floor, vacuumed before cleaning with a solution that made the floor feel and look clean. he also took his time removing 'sticky tapes' that were on the wood. That was alot of effort and time invested to ensure the floors were looking new and clean. I also did not feel they were trying to 'sell' me additional services.
