When Pete came out to estimate the job, we asked about refinishing and refacing and he gave us an estimate for both. He readily answered our questions about the work. Communication was good and mostly by email. Joe, the refinisher was very friendly and polite. He comes out and removes the doors and drawer fronts to take them. He returns and reinstalls and aligns the doors. He kept in communication with us when an unforeseen issue made it not possible to keep or original reinstall appointment.
