They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. Also, just because you install a sprinkler system, don't expect a lot of grass growth if you have a lot of shade trees in your yard. Better to install shade tolerant ground cover."
