"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time.
