After much searching and reviewing of "reviews", we went with A&S because of their company longevity and referral (we went to see the pool) of a friend. There were some minor holdups, (as any big construction) but all in all, we have one beautiful, working, and easy to care for in-ground pool on our lovely farm, thanks to A&S. "The installers were nice and knew what they were doing.  We had some ground issues so there was an unexpected delay (no fault of the installers) The only issue was they didn't show up on time, and there was no call to me telling me they would be late.  I had to call the office, but the office did inform me that they were on another job and that they would be here soon (and they were) We had to allow the ground to dry a couple days and then they did fit us in and put the pool up.  They really did try to be as helpful as possible.  Was it a perfect install? no...  Did everyone work hard to try to make it as perfect as they could? yes... Just some minor setbacks that makes me not able to give them an A.
