"They arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful with my furniture. They moved a very heavy piano downstairs for me. They didn't fool around. Got my things moved in 3 hours. The price was very reasonable. They worked hard and I gave them each a good tip!"

"They were on time for set schedule after I called to them. The movers were neat and their work very efficiently. I have seen home services before but I haven’t seen something quite professionally done, especially for a moving service. Fast and smoothly done. No problems found which is really great. I would definitely agree with the other reviewers here about how great this company is. I think they really deserve the 5 stars from me."

"The two movers, Shaw and Devon, were fast, efficient, careful, and thoroughly professional. The move took a little more than the three hours I initially contracted for, but not because they were slow. They worked hard and delivered my items in good condition. If all of their movers are this good, this is a great company to hire for your move.

"Divine is an understatement. We've moved a dozen times and this move was by far the least stressful. First, the process was extremely organized to make the move more efficient and reduce the frantic need to be with each mover for furniture/box placement. Second, the team was courteous and hardworking. The manners of each team member was exemplary. Third, the no touch unpacking service was above and beyond what any moving company offers. The entire house was organized and boxes were gone in a day and a half. To top it off, Chris was enthusiastic, friendly and most pleasant. (And he treats his employees with kindness and fair working policies so they don't get jaded or burnt out)."

"The team arrived early for our 1500 hrs appointment. They consulted with the person selling the piano to us to optimize the process to exit of the piano from the back of the house to the truck. My family and I arrived shortly after that and signed the final paperwork.
The team got to work and had the piano out of the house and in the truck within 10 minutes. It was moved to our house. Unpacking and moving it into our house and to our front room probably took 5 minutes. The speed and efficiency were amazing. We watched them and the care they took to ensure the safety of the piano was comforting to us. Good job, team!

"Our experience with G&G moving was excellent. The communication pre-move couldn't have been better. I received replies to my emails and calls almost immediately. Leading up to the move, I had a phone call to confirm and set the time of their arrival. On the day of the move, I received a phone call to give me 15 minute arrival time.
The 3-person team was on time, professional, courteous, and got right to work. We had heavy pieces of furniture that they moved with a few dings, but that was expected on our end. We also had exercise equipment downstairs that was quite difficult to get out of the basement that really slowed things down. I know I was surprised on how much harder the move was. I totally underestimated the job. I think if I had been realistic they would have sent more than 3 people. That being said, when the movers realized that they needed more people, they called and another mover came to help.
What is really good about G&G Moving that you might not realize is a HUGE factor to consider when choosing a mover is that they charge a "flat rate." I know I would have been STRESSING that the move was taking longer than I had planned if it had been a 3 hour + hourly charge.
The team was very competent. They had someone with expertise in taking furniture apart and back together, they had someone who specialized in appliances (which was very helpful getting a W&D into a small laundry room - he knew the tricks!)
Everything went as well as could be expected for the size of the move and my underestimating the difficulty of the move. We definitely will highly recommend this company to our friends.
Realistically, looking back on the move, it went as smoothly as one could expect.
