"Kap did a great job. My water heater wasn't working - not producing hot water. He diagnosed the issue and advised it needed to be replaced. I asked if that was a service he provided and how long it would take (as taking cold showers for days would not be appealing). He finished up other commitments that day, then went out and got all the parts and new unit that was needed. Came back and spent ALL evening and late into the night to remove the old water heater and install the new one! And there was alot of extra work due to having to get the 15 year old water heater system up to current code. By 11pm, had the new water heating going with hot water now available! He's amazing. Also reasonably priced. And a very nice person. I would totally use Joseph Plumbing & Drain Cleaning again and would recommend them."
