Eastern Shore Window & DoorShawn was professional. He fully explained what he was doing and what he thought was wrong. He carefully removed the door, drawers, etc and flushed out the drain. Cleared the ice and made sure the fan was running properly. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Again they have it down to a science and what I love is the fact that they will come out and fix things if they have a problem. Thursday I have an appointment for them to come out since my door is sticking. They have a lifetime guarantee so if there are problems, that's what we paid for.

I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."
