"From start to finish, the process was very easy. Initially, I voiced my ideas and preferences. Those were all taken into consideration and as a result, a design was provided along with some alternative suggestions which I was able to review. Once final design was approved and build out began, I was constantly consulted and updated on every detail as the project progressed. When tweaks were needed, all aspects were discussed and approved before moving forward, including budget considerations. I could not be happier with the end result--I'm still in awe as it doesn't even look like the same bathroom. Final product is magazine worthy!"
