"Joey Garvin did a project in another townhouse in our small development, just as we were purchasing our rental unit and wanted to do some renovations. His ratings were so high that I asked him to come over and talk about what we wanted to do. He took my vague ideas and came up with a plan that was what we wanted and reasonable. Shortly after we closed, he began working, and within three weeks, had gutted and completed a beautiful, larger master bath; put additional lighting in the living room ceiling, along with two floor outlets; and built a new large pull-out storage drawer. They did a wonderful job on them, very clean spray job on the doors, and excellent brush work on the cabinets. Ernie had to fabricate wood to match where a microwave was installed. Then the general contractor asked him to install the vinyl flooring. He did a great job. Then the general had Ernie install the oven vent, paint the kitchen, the dining room, the family room ceilings and finally install the shoe moulding. My wife and I are so happy to have Regal selected to this project, it would be nowhere without them. We intend to be using Regal more in the future! Jim and Patty S."
