"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"George (Jorge) was exactly on time when he came for the estimate. He recommended a paint brand that was very nice (Sherwin Williams Cashmere) and carefully documented the areas of work. His estimate was right in line with what I was expecting. He set a start date of the 14th.
A company rep (his son), called the day before to check-in and let me know they would arrive at 7 am. They were on time, pleasant and professional. The covered my floors and new carpet an got straight to work. The house took 2 1/2 days and each day they started exactly at 7 and let me know the plan of the day. They returned a fourth day to paint the deck since it had been raining.
The inside of the house and the deck look brand new!! They paid attention to detail, filed all nail holes, and always let me know where they were in project. I could not be happier with the great work they did. I am very picky, but could only find 2 small areas that needed touch-ups.
The crew also helped me move an old love seat and set-up my new table. I was so relieved because I had no idea how I was going to do it. They were so helpful.
This a family company with great employees and I am so happy I found them!! I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!!!

"They tackled the items on the list, working quicly, but did not quite finish. We discussed having them come back another day, adding some more items. Garry gave an estimate of the time needed which we thought was very fair. We were pleased with their work and will definitely have them back."
