We followed Angie's list to find him and have really enjoyed working with him and all of his subcontrators.  
They have been amazingly responsive to ever changing needs and professional while also being realistic and kind.  Helping us make decisions on products using their experience, but also matching our needs and budget so we felt like the best decisions were being made.  Especially with us making decisions remotely, and my father-in-law making the decisions onsite with his first major renovation, we have really needed realistic estimates and trust to be a factor in this process.  
As with all contractors working multiple jobs at the same time - and jobs that evolve past their original scope once you peel back a wall - scheduling then does not follow the original scope or timelines, but they managed to stay in contact and let us know about when they were coming back or not and when holiday timelines confronted us managed to get done what needed to get done on time. Despite delays of product orders or the like, they have stayed focused on completion and not left us holding the bag with help finished products.
We think we have found contractors for life for almost anything we need.  In a very rural area that does not have a lot of resources for such quality professionals we really appreciate what they bring to the table as they may be the only ones in the area with that reputation.  My only fear in posting is that they will be overly booked and unable to contnue to work for us.  
It is a family owned business with multiple generations involved and we love keeping a small family business our business.  Very eastern shore tradition living on.

Ron the owner is a top notch person to work with, his men are very professional.

This has been a very long and pleasant relationship. Ron always gives us a quote and sticks to it. He has always been prompt, even early, and always pleasant and courteous, even under the most trying conditions. He is a good conscientious worker and skilled craftsman, and a good supervisor. Those who work for him are lucky to have such a fair and even tempered boss. Everything Carrion does is well done and top quality. If anything was not up to our (picky) expectations, Ron promptly corrected it.
Now the house is really nice, all the old problems are gone, and we are almost finished with interior painting we opted to do ourselves and ready to put it on the market. We thank Ron from the bottom of our hearts for all his help and diligence in making this house right and ready to be a really nice home for the new owners.

Ron was responsive in his estimating. He dealt with my changes from the beginning with much patience. We started with the kitchen. He measured and sent his drawings to Lowes. I picked out the cabinets and they were ordered. He made one error in measuring but compensated for that with free cabinets. He recommended an excellent countertop company, Solid Tops in Easton. they did an amazing job. Then we walked the entire house and listed out all of the custom carpentry that needed to be done. This was out of his ordinary work area but he handled each custome project personally and they all came out great. Stairway repairs, trim work, pocket door issues. He did a great job managing the plumbing and electrical contractors as well. Everything was done in record itme and the puch list item addressed.
