"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "Chris Zoltan is the real deal. He is immensely talented and knows what he is doing. I was very nervous throughout the process. The final product by Zoltan Design was striking and distinctive. There were some glitches. For example, the dining chair heights are a bit too low for the dining table. But, overall, I love my living room and dining room space. If you are looking for inexpensive design, this is not the firm for you. Be ready to spend top dollar. If you are looking for quality, vision, and distinctiveness, than you will be satisfied with Zoltan Design."
