"The owner (Chapman) and crew member were punctual, professional and courteous. I was quoted a price and time it would take to install and setup my security system. The agreed quoted price did not changed and everything was completed within the time frame allowed. They also showed me the best angles to install my cameras in order to have maximum view of my residence. I had previously purchased my security camera system. Outstanding work. "I would not hesitate to recommend MSI to anyone needing to have security cameras or alarms installed in their home. They always arrived at the time that was specified which was 0830. On their first attempt to install the cameras it was raining profusely but they tried to install them anyway. However, at one point it became to dangerous and they had to stop and reschedule the installment. Nigel Frazier and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about the security system that they install. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and reliability."
