"Elite got our large, old, slightly worn out Persian rug really clean. I had it cleaned because my old dog died on it and there was, sadly, a very unpleasant odor. Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) "Kevin did a very professional and thorough job cleaning our carpets. He noticed the grout in the tile for foyer was very dirty and offered to steam clean it for just an additional $50. We were thrilled because for one thing we knew that was a great deal for that type of work. He did an excellent job also on a tile. It looked brand-new. I would highly recommend having that service done if you have grout that's a few years old and needs to look new again."
