Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Kevin did a very professional and thorough job cleaning our carpets. He noticed the grout in the tile for foyer was very dirty and offered to steam clean it for just an additional $50. We were thrilled because for one thing we knew that was a great deal for that type of work. He did an excellent job also on a tile. It looked brand-new. I would highly recommend having that service done if you have grout that's a few years old and needs to look new again."
