"Ryan provided amazing Customer Service, was punctual, thorough and professional. I definitely recommend him if you need your carpets cleaned! It was a pleasure doing business with him and Jordan. They worked really well together and got the job done in record time! 10 out of 10!"

"The company was excellent they used all necessary clothing (booties on shoes, placed tarps on floor) not to soil any flooring. The gentleman was a perfectionist to remove stains from white modular sofa. He came back a few times until I was satisfied the stains were completely gone on my white sofa. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company."

"They took my call on a Sunday -- gave me honest, helpful (while not always positive!) feedback on likelihood of removing my stain. Which they were successful in doing -- and delightful to work with. I was so impressed! And will call them annually from now on (this coming from someone who has never hired couch cleaners before!)."

"Sal and his employee took their time time cleaning my carpet and it looks brand new! I was thinking about replacing the carpet but now it is not necessary. Sal even cleaned an old rug that I was thinking about throwing away and it looks great! I highly recommend Sal and Elite Carpet Care!"

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The company responded quickly to our request for service. Three housecleaners arrived on time for four hours of work (divided among the individuals). After the cleaners departed, there were areas that were neglected. Rather than extend the length of the dry mop totally under the sofa and chairs to dust the hardwood floors, the cleaners only dusted about 6 inches under these items. i.e. the immediately visible surfaces. The housecleaners did not wipe all areas of the refrigerator, and another stainless steel appliance. Overall, the work was just passable."
