The gentleman was a perfectionist to remove stains from white modular sofa. He came back a few times until I was satisfied the stains were completely gone on my white sofa. "Elite got our large, old, slightly worn out Persian rug really clean. I had it cleaned because my old dog died on it and there was, sadly, a very unpleasant odor. Not only did Elite get ALL traces of that odor out of the rug, the rug came back looking so shiny and nice. (And it didn't smell like any kind of perfume or scent.) I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "The company responded quickly to our request for service. Three housecleaners arrived on time for four hours of work (divided among the individuals). After the cleaners departed, there were areas that were neglected. Rather than extend the length of the dry mop totally under the sofa and chairs to dust the hardwood floors, the cleaners only dusted about 6 inches under these items. i.e. the immediately visible surfaces. The housecleaners did not wipe all areas of the refrigerator, and another stainless steel appliance. Overall, the work was just passable."
