BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients.
