"We were very happy with the response and service. Frank & Sam came same-day to diagnose our problem. They diagnosed & cleared a clog in the drain line and cleaned our sump basin to remove the odor. Once the clog was cleared, they also ran the drain camera throughout the lines under the house to check the integrity of the pipes. They were professional, personable, and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. We'd definitely hire them again."

"Recently used Mahon Plumbing for various plumbing needs around my house. As a new homeowner you can be skeptical on what’s behind your walls or in this case pipes. Mahon did an initial sewer line inspection and called them back to swap out toilets and install natural gas in my backyard for a grill and fire table. "Water Field was awesome. This is an old house with many challenges along the way; in other words - this was not a simple hot water heater install. "Sterling at Dun Rite was fantastic. We had a sewer main overflow and needed relatively quick help and some hand-holding. He is extremely knowledgeable and talked us through the issues in a way we could understand. He communicated well with us about when he d make it to the house and was prompt. "Received fast up-front price from BFMD for our sewer line dig up and replace, and repair of basement cleanout. BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. Management should work to improve scheduling process and establish clear internal policies to provide clients assurance of timeliness of work."
