"The technician was great and I was impressed that he could put up the drywall (6' x 4'), skim the area, put in entirely new baseboard, and finally paint the area. I thought the service was a little bit pricey and the entire wall wasn't painted (about 60% of it was done) but the finished product was exceptional. You can't even tell there was work done as it was put back to original condition. Once we got new carpet padding down from another company, we can finally get back to using the room again. "Technician arrived promptly and completed the job in just a couple hours.  He brought powerful fans to help with the intial drying and mitigate the chemical smell.  After the work was completed, we noticed a small ding around the drain.  We called him and he came back within 24 hours to fix it at no cost.  2 years later the work still looks great, like a new tub!

"There was caulking out here and there were two skylights. He was supposed to be repairing the drywall around them. He started one and rather than putting up the drywall repair stuff and going to the next one while the first one dried. He stood on top of the ladder using a hairdryer to make it dry faster. He used his time so inefficiently. In order to get them both finished, I had to pay him extra and that should not have been the case. The work he did was okay. He did a decent job, but if you sign up to sell a Deal. You sell a Deal. The deal was supposed to be for three hours and I ended up paying him for five hours. It was supposed to be a Deal, but it was not a Deal."

"There was a 10 inch square hole cut in the drywall in the back wall of a 26 inch wide pantry closet that was positioned between two shelves. That hole was created by a plumber on a preceding job to gain access to some copper water pipe in the wall as he was replacing an outside faucet. As I looked at the remaining repair work, I quickly decided that this highly visible repair work that needed to be done in cramped quarters was definitely a job for professionals (i.e. not me). Matt at M. G. Good, Inc. got back in touch within 10 minutes. He gave me a preliminary estimate based on my description and offered to get some here to do the work on that same day. When I replied that I would be leaving the house in approximately 2 hours for the rest of the day, he told me that he could get someone there in 20 minutes from a nearby job that was just wrapping up. In 12 minutes, Mark Good (the owner) rang the doorbell, He did excellent work, completed it quickly (less than estimated time), adjusted the final price according to actual work time. I see no evidence that a hole was ever there and the area was completely clear of any construction litter from Mark's repair work. I am very happy with the quality of his work, his pricing and his willingness to work within my schedule. I would always go back to M. G. Good in the future and would also recommend them to my friends or any one else."
