"This wasn’t the first time I used Vazquez & Son. In 2014, they expanded my closet and built custom doors for it. Luis and his team are alway nice, attentive to detail, and leave the work area clean. So, when my bathroom ceiling was torn up to repair a leak I called him immediately to repair and get my bathroom back in order. In fact I had them repaint the whole thing and it looks great. I’m writing this review a year later because once again I have an emergency repair need (broken bay window) and once again Vazquez & Son are to the rescue! I had been traveling out of the country and a guest using my place broke the window. From the airport, on a Sunday morning, I texted Luis a picture of the window and he responded within 10 mins. It is great to have a reliable responsive handyman/construction service provider when you need one. Not all my projects are big money, but it’s my home (1 bedroom apartment) and having things done right matters to me. "service was done in 2 stages since we decided to add 2 windows to the job. first install was done late on 8/19 the crew was extremely professional and did a very thorough job with the porch door and especially replacing the rotten frame around the old porch door. We love the new porch door since no longer is there a gap and the door is very secure. the windows are also easy to use. the second install is being done today, the crew again is very professional and courteous. they arrived very punctual early in the morning as requested."
