He could have repaired the ceiling and painted but was concerned that the leak was not properly repaired. He investigated and brought in an expert to inspect. Indeed there was still an issue. They repaired the leaks properly, waited for rain to ensure the fix workeed, and then Evan completed the dry wall work. The team was professional, courteous and honest.
