"I am so pleased with how this turned out. I had an estimate months before and it took a little while for the job to get rolling due to coordination issues with other subcontractors. The technician was friendly and prompt, The only hiccup during work was that we had parking issues due to the city deciding to block off two streets around my building with zero notice. But we were able to get those resolved. The timeline changed a little bit prior to the job, and we had made hotel reservations (its our only bathroom and we would have no toilet), so communication could have been better on that front as we had to change our plans on short notice. But they were very easy to work with. The results were stunning-- my bathroom looks brand new. I am going to be hiring them again for the tile in my kitchen. I really appreciated that Mike called me on a Sunday to provide advice on purchasing a good quality toilet (from Home Depot, so he had no incentive to steer me one way or the other), which his son Ray installed the next day.  Both Mike and Ray take the time to explain the services they are providing AND they give new home-owners good tips on repairs we can do ourselves - which cuts into their business but makes me very willing to call back when I really need help.  I did have one service that needed a follow-up appointment because something didn't quite work right (hot water wasn't flowing properly to the newly installed shower head), but I appreciated that Ray came back out the next business day and fixed the issue free of charge.
