He was on time, explained exactly what he was doing, what I need to look for in terms of keeping the pump operational and even gave directions on how I could probably install the pump myself if I ever had to replace it again. "It went perfect. I had a kitchen sink clog. After trying to clear it for 2 days gave up and decided to call a plumber. Mr. Rema was fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I put in my request and I got a call immediately. He was at my house within 30 minutes. He did a thorough inspection, asked me about the history of the problem, and offered a very very reasonable price quote. I accepted his quote and Mr. Rema did the work on the spot. I will use him again. Interesting part of the story is that Mr. Rema installed our garbage disposal about four years ago when he worked with another company. He was fantastic then (the disposal works perfectly) and he is fantastic now. I am glad we reconnected and I will use him for future pluming repairs."

"The work that was done exceeded my expectations. The problems with the leaky bathroom sink were identified and fixed. As the main project ended, we discovered a problem with the kitchen sink not draining and the garbage disposal not working.
