Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed.
