"Don't waste your time because that's all this company will do is WASTE YOUR TIME. I had an appt for 10/20 between 8-12pm. Never got a call, nor a visit. Called to find out why an d was told that they sent a text informing of running late which I never got. Received callback from Nicole informing of non received text stating she would set up visit so that I would be 1st stop. I requested today 10/22 and was assured she personally would call me around 8:30am and tech would be here by 9am. It's now 9:37am and I've again yet to hear from Nicole nor a tech. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE LEN THE PLUMBER SURE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

"Gary arrived on time , inspected the basement and the perimeter of the house and told me that what I need is to work on the gutters and downspouts. If that doesn’t solve the issue then I should consider a French Drain and sump pump on one side of the house and that would cost me around $3500. JES tried to make me sign a contract for 32k a couple of days ago and they wanted me to basically destroy the entire finished basement on top of it. I appreciate Gary’s honesty, it’s so hard to find someone like that nowadays. I will definitely called Armored Basement Waterproofing if still needed after fixing the gutters. 100% recommended!"

When we needed the water heater & water line for our refrigerator replaced, we called Robert who did a stellar job. He was friendly, professional & did quality work. We were exceptionally pleased to have found such a conscientious plumber who went the extra mile to install an accessible shut off valve. This shut off valve was invaluable when our ice-maker started leaking! Recently, we developed a pinhole leak in the basement & although he was booked, he arranged for his dad’s company to come same day in his place. Seems good plumbers run in the family! "Terrible. Scam Artist. I was supposed to just get a cleaning AFTER another company came to unclog my AC pipe. Somehow after they come to clean they turn off my heat (which was never an issue) and are telling me i have $1,000 to repair it. PLEASE BEWARE. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly the courthouse. The owner says he knows for a fact his Technicians don't lie. That speaks volumes being its a lie."
